Kids (ages 5-6):  25 meter swim, 2 mile bike, 1K run

Kids (ages 7-10):  100 meter swim, 3 mile bike, 1K run

Kids (ages 11-15):  200 meter swim, 6 mile bike, 1K run

Sprint: 300 - 800 meter swim, 8-15 mile bike, 2-3.1 mile run.

Olympic: 1 mile swim, 18-25 mile bike, 6.2 mile run

Half-Ironman: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run

AquaBike: Half-Ironman distances for the swim and bike. No run.

Ironman: 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run

1 month fitness schedule. 

This is a fitness schedule written specifically to focus on your goals (i.e. become a faster runner this fall, a competitive triathlete next spring, complete your first marathon, become a faster cyclist, etc.).  Program is for one month (4 weeks), and includes email and phone contact with your coach throughout your written training program.  This program is just a written fitness schedule, and does not include any personal coaching sessions.  If interested in purchasing one-on-one coaching, please see other training package options.

Bike Fit

In our Bike Fit Program we will take a "snapshot" of your current fit and help you get the most from your ride. Your body position and cycling mechanics directly affect your power output and overall comfort. Trevathlete.com will get you the most of both.

This fitness package is for the athlete with specific fitness goals. The Ten Session Tri Package includes a fitness assessment, personal coaching sessions, and written workout.
